Payment Plan Seven Wonders City
GFS Builders and Developers have crafted a 4-year installment plan for Seven Wonders City that enables investors and buyers to reserve their property.
Phase 1
The residential plots in phase 1 are priced between PKR 8 lakh to PKR 45 lakh while down payment for residential plots start from PKR 50,000.
The commercial plots are priced between PKR 25 lakh to PKR 50 lakh. Meanwhile, PKR 2 to PKR 4 lakh are required as a down payment for booking a commercial plot in phase 1.
Now for the rest of the payment, you can either pay by using a 4-year monthly plan (48 payments) or a quarterly plan (16 payments).
Phase 2
Phase 2 of the project mainy boasts residential plots that fall in the price range of PKR 7 lakh to PKR 1.05 crore. Booking for such plots begins from PKR 25,000.
The commercial plots in Phase 2 fall in the price range of PKR 1.5 crore and PKR 2.2 crore, you can book such plots for PKR 70,000 and more.
The plot installment plan for phase 2 includes a 4-year monthly installment plan and an 8 half-yearly installment plan.
Note: Confirmation, allocation, and possession charges are calculated separately on all plots. 5% extra charges will be added if the plot is facing a park, road or west open, and 10% will be added for a corner plot.
