The MoU signing ceremony took place at the Arfa Software Technology Park in Lahore. The ceremony was also attended by PITB DG IT-Operation Faisal Yousaf, DG e-governance Sajid Latif, and other concerned officials.
As per the disclosed information, the executive will surpass the workflow, while also making sure that transparency is observed in all departments through the implementation of the e-FOAS service.
Additionally, the South Punjab Secretariat digitalisation of HR (Human Resources) operations through the HRMIS (Human Resource Management Information System) utility is also one of the core aims of this particular mission.
According to South Punjab Additional Chief Secretary Zahid Akhtar Zaman, the idea of introducing these tech-based tools into the Admin Operations is for transparency as much as it is for the reduction of expenses.
