Islamabad: As per the Ministry of Housing and Works, FGEHA (Federal Government Employees Housing Authority) will hold a grand auction for commercial plots in Islamabad for the housing project. The covered areas will be Sector G-13, G-14, and Class-III shopping centres.

The grand auction event is announced to take place on 25th November 2020 at Islamabad Sports complex. It is organised under the directives of Prime Minister Imran Khan for low-cost housing scheme. According to the announcement, the commercial plots are available on 1-year quarterly payment plan and it will be used for mixed-use/corporate offices. The authorities also reported that individuals paying advance payment will also be granted 10 percent discount on the full value.
The recently published advertisement on the official website of the housing scheme welcomes investors and property hunters to invest in avant-garde project.
Furthermore, the plots are ideally located in the heart of capital city. An analysis in the neighbourhood states that the commercial plots are adjacent to the G.T. Road while major arteries and motorways are at 10-minutes’ driving distance.
