DHA Islamabad Announces Limited Plots for Overseas Pakistanis

Islamabad: As per a publication shared on the official website of the Defence Housing Authority (DHA), the housing project has recently announced the launch of a limited number of residential plots scaling to 10 marla and 1 kanal. These limited residential plots have been designated for overseas Pakistanis. The residential plots will be in sectors ‘J’ and ‘K’ of the housing scheme’s Phase 5. 

The residential plots have been made available with a three-year payment plan. The plan quotes that NICOP or POC holders are the only ones that can apply for these plots. The applicants will be required to apply through their Roshan Digital Accounts. 

The selection process will be determined through a computerised ballot system.

According to their official publication, the last date to apply for the residential plots in DHA Phase V is November 25. The development work for sector J and K has been 60% completed and is rumoured to be ready for possession in the second half of 2021.
