Lahore: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) invited real estate investors and property buyers to buy plots in commercial and residential zones of Overseas Enclave in DHA Lahore’s Phase VII. As per the recent Facebook post of the project, buyers are also invited to invest in DHA Lahore Penta Square Phase V – an upscale apartment scheme.
On the same occasion, the authority also revealed the location of Overseas Enclave in DHA Lahore. The authority has planned to conduct an open ballot on 5th December. The deadline for application submission is 15th November while the opening date is 10th October.
As mentioned earlier, the plots on offer in Overseas Enclave in DHA Lahore are both commercial and residential. Further details are mentioned below:
- 1 kanal residential
- 4 marla commercial plots
- 8 marla commercial plots
The above-mentioned properties can be purchased on a three-year instalment plan.
On the other hand, high-end apartments are also available for sale in DHA Lahore Penta Square Phase V. Such properties are available in 1, 2, and 3-bedrooms and can be availed on a 1.5 year instalment plan.
Further details regarding properties in DHA Lahore and their registration will be updated on the official Facebook page of the authority by 15th October. The expatriates can also make use of the newly-launched Roshan Digital Account by the Government of Pakistan to transfer their funds and invest in this opportunity.
