On 9th September 2020, the management of Defence Housing Authority (DHA) announced the ballot date for 2 marla commercial plots in DHA Multan. According to the official page of the housing scheme, the ballot will be held for sectors M, Q, R, U, and H on 15th September 2020 at Arena, DHA Multan.
A few days ago, the administration of DHA Multan had summoned interested investors to apply for commercial plots in the above-mentioned sectors. The deadline for application was set to be 2nd September [that had already expired] and ballot date had not been revealed during the process of application.

On the other hand, the management of DHA Multan had waived off development charges for Sector M compound, as mentioned on the official Facebook page on 24th July 2020. However, the conditions mentioned below should be fulfilled to avail waiver on development charges:
- Completion of boundary wall
- Completion of exterior
- Completion of grey structure
- Completion of outer windows and doors
- Completion of plaster on all sides
- Completion of ramp
- Completion of the main gate
The above-mentioned incentives have been announced to expedite construction activities in the society while simultaneously ensuring that both real estate investors and property owners take maximum benefit from the scheme.
